Thank you for visiting our company's website. The Pickett family has owned property in this area since the early 1970's, and moved to this area in 1975. I graduate from Port St. Joe High School in 1979, and after college moved back to the area in 1982. I have been with this Cape San Blas family business all of my life, including real estate development and construction, vacation rental management, and was even the owner of the Scallop Cove business for a number of years. I have been a real estate broker since 1992, and took over the Real Estate and Vacation Rental business in 1997.

As a husband and father to five children, I am driven by the desire to also be a committed and ethical businessman. I am not a salesman, so it is not my job to sell you a piece of property. I am a real estate broker, which means it is my responsibility to help you make an informed decision about whether there are properties in this area that would be suitable for you and your family.
